Payment policy

This policy describes how deposits and withdrawals work on QuotexAlpha, the methods we support, the limits that apply, and the timelines you can expect.

Supported methods

• UPI / PhonePe (India) for deposits.
• Bank transfer (NEFT / IMPS) for withdrawals.
• Other regional rails may appear when available in your country.

Deposits

Deposits are credited to your live account balance only after a manual review of the payment reference (UTR) by our operations team. Most reviews complete within one business day. The minimum deposit is $5; demo accounts cannot be funded.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: $10 (or the local-currency equivalent).
• You must withdraw to a verified bank account in your own name.
• Funds are reserved from your balance the moment the request is created.
• Most withdrawals are paid out within 1 business day; cross-border transfers may take up to 3 business days.
• If a request is rejected, the reserved amount is fully refunded to your balance.

Verification (KYC)

Live accounts must complete identity verification before the first withdrawal. We may ask for additional documents to comply with anti-money-laundering rules.

Fees

QuotexAlpha does not charge a deposit or withdrawal fee. Banks and payment networks may apply their own fees, which are deducted from the transferred amount.

Disputes

If you do not see a deposit credited within 24 hours, or a withdrawal paid within the timelines above, contact our team with the transaction reference and a screenshot of the receipt.
