- Verification data (live accounts only): government-issued ID and proof of address.
- Trading data: positions, balances, deposits, and withdrawals.
- Technical data: IP address, browser, device type, and usage events.
How we use it
- To operate your account and execute the trades you place.
- To meet legal obligations (KYC, AML, sanctions screening).
- To improve the platform and detect abuse.
- To send service emails. Marketing email is opt-in.
Sharing
We share data with vetted processors that help us run the service (cloud hosting, payment providers, identity verification) under contractual safeguards. We do not sell your personal data.

Retention
